علوش: عدم تقديم "حزب الله" أدلة متوفرة
حول اغتيال الحريري خيانة وطنية

أشار عضو المكتب السياسي في "تيار المستقبل" النائب السابق مصطفى علوش إلى أن كلام الأمين العام لـ"حزب الله" السيد حسن نصرالله عن الأوضاع الحدودية في جنوب لبنان، يظهر مجددا الخلاف معه حول قرار الحرب والسلم"، مشددا على أن "امتلاك "حزب الله أدلة ومعطيات تؤكد أن إسرائيل هي التي اغتالت الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري ولم يقدمها حتى اليوم هو أمر بمثابة الخيانة بحق الوطن والعروبة والقومية".
ودعا علوش في حديث الى موقع "ناو ليبانون" أمس، الحزب الى "المسارعة إلى تقديم الأدلة والمعطيات إذا كانت موجودة فعلا، إلى الرأي العام المحلي والعالمي والمحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان"، لافتا الى أن "قضية اغتيال الرئيس الشهيد خرجت منذ زمن من إطار الاتهام السياسي، وباتت في مرحلة الإثباتات والقرائن التي سيستند إليها القرار الظني في الجريمة".
واشار الى أن الخلاف مع "حزب الله" يكمن في ما إذا كانت المقاومة تبادر الى العمل العسكري بقرار ذاتي منها أو بقرار من الحكومة اللبنانية"، مؤكدا أنه "لا يحق لا لـ"حزب الله" ولا لسواه أن يبادر من تلقاء نفسه إلى القيام بأي عمل مماثل، إلا بعد أن يكون هناك قرار بذلك من السلطة السياسية اللبنانية".
ولفت الى أن "قول نصرالله أن المقاومة ستدافع عن الجيش اللبناني إذا ما تعرض لأي اعتداء إسرائيلي جديد هو ما قد تكون إسرائيل تبحث عنه، أي استدراج "حزب الله" الى القيام بمبادرة عسكرية ما من أجل أن تبرر عدوانا كبيرا وواسعا على لبنان بعد ذلك"، مذكرا بأن "القرار الدولي 1701 سيصبح عندها بحكم الساقط عمليا، لأن المجتمع الدولي سيعمد أمام واقع مماثل إلى تغيير قواعد الاشتباك، لوقف العمليات العسكرية التي تكون قد اندلعت، أو ربما يتخذ قرارا بسحب قواته من الجنوب".
وقال: "ان المفاعيل الايجابية للقمة الثلاثية اللبنانية ـ السعودية ـ السورية التي انعقدت في قصر بعبدا تصل الى حدود السياسات الإيرانية، والقمة الثلاثية فرضت بعض الوقائع التي جعلت "حزب الله" ملزما ببعض التهدئة"، موضحا ان إيران هي مرجعية "حزب الله" الإقليمية وليست الدول العربية، وبالتالي إذا كانت هناك رغبة لدى طهران في التصعيد في أي وقت من الأوقات فإن السيد نصرالله سيتجاوز حينها كل الرغبات العربية بالتهدئة".
وذكر أن "هذه الأمور ليست واضحة تماما بعد، وقد تحمل الأيام المقبلة الإجابات الشافية على كل علامات الاستفهام المطروحة حول التوجه الإيراني في مقابل الملفات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة".

Background - خلفية
On 13 December 2005 the Government of the Lebanese Republic requested the UN to establish a tribunal of an international character to try all those who are alleged responsible for the attack of 14 february 2005 that killed the former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri and 22 others. The United Nations and the Lebanese Republic consequently negotiated an agreement on the establishment of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.
